How We Use Information:

         We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses

         are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

         You can register with our website if you would like to receive information about

         our web offering, a planned newsletter, or other news which we believe would be of

         interest to those who have requested data or charts from us. Information you submit

         to us on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you indicate on one

         of the feedback forms that you would like to receive information from us.

 

         We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website

         and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number

         of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z      

         number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything

         that could be used to identify those individuals.

 

         We have several marketing partners, such as Amazon.com. To receive information

         from them, to buy a book, record, or environmentally related data , you will be

         hyperlinked to their websites. Any data  that you supply them to obtain data or buy

         products, for example,  is beyond our reach and will be the responsibility of the

         linked-to entities and not the Environmental Data Pages. We do not have access to

         the information you give them for products purchased by you through linked entities.

 

         Additionally, we ask for the name and email address identifying information when

         posting a comment or response on our "Pro Bono and Pro to Pro Chat" on-line

         discussion forum page.  Use of you email address is optional; if you have used it but

         later chose not to disclose it, please contact us.

 

         Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us

         online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an

         opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
